"what a dunk by Chris Gardner" one of the announcer says while he watches Gardner jump right over someone and slam one down for two. "he has been having an outstanding game to show us he should be the the rookie of the year for this 2018 season". "the lippersC beat the Lakers 109 to 100 all because of the rookies amazing performance of 12 rebounds and 32 points". After the game Chris Gardener has a press conference. All the reporters laugh when he gives a fist pump and says " onto the Celtics for the NBA finals". one of the reporters says "will your parents be at the game because we know you are having trouble with them". Chris goes from a smile to a frown and says "next question". this gets Chris thinking about his life before the fame and the NBA.
I like how you started off your story with dialogue.Did the reporter mean to ask a question that he didnt want to answer? I think that you should explain more about if hes happy where he is now or if he regrets the fame.
